Welcome to Saint Alban's!

"the little church with a big heart"

Among the roses of the martyrs

brightly shines St Alban.

Almighty God,

we thank you for this place,

built to your glory

and in memory of Alban,

our first martyr.

Following his example in the fellowship of the saints,

may we worship and adore the true and living God,

and be faithful witnesses to the Christ,

who is alive and reigns, now and for ever.

Welcome to the home of St. Alban’s Episcopal Church on the web. We are a church committed to loving God and loving our neighbor. We do this through ministry to each other, to the community around us, and by welcoming the stranger in our midst.

A Roman citizen, Alban gave shelter to a priest fleeing persecution. Moved by the priest’s example, Alban became a Christian. When soldiers arrived to arrest the priest, Alban helped him escape by dressing in his cloak, and was arrested in his stead. The magistrate was so angry that he ordered Alban receive the punishment due the priest. Alban declared: “I am Alban, and I worship and adore the true and living God who created all things.” He was then martyred.

If you are looking for a church home, looking for a safe harbor from the storms of life, or anywhere in between, we invite you to visit St. Alban’s. It will be our privilege to get to know you and to discover how we may journey together. If your journey takes you elsewhere, may you find joy and peace always.
